"I ordered Headhunters Paradise and used it on bbq ribs (after cooking them), the pineapple and orange juice gave the ribs a tropic taste and also helped with almost eliminating the after burn from the habanero peppers. Nothing in the hot sauce was over powering, and there is a carefully distributed amount of hot and sweet. The peppers, you can tell that they are fresh which gives the heat a nice flavor to it."
